Barbara's champagne cake has a consistency similar
to that of an angel food cake that is tangy yet sweet. Mixed with
layers of mousse filling, the cake is a treat for all taste buds.
Barbara's also offers special occasion champagne cakes,
regular and mini size champagne-filled cupcakes, champagne-filled petit
fours and champagne dessert rolls. In addition to the regular
champagne filling, we also have raspberry and strawberry champagne cakes.
These cakes are filled with a unique blend of raspberry or strawberry
filling with the traditional champagne filling.
At Christmas time, Barbara's does a wonderful wreath cake
that makes a beautiful centerpiece for your holiday table. At Easter,
Barbara's makes unique Easter egg champagne-filled petit fours, and
also specializes in heart shaped champagne cakes for valentines day.
